LOCATION:
The Apartment is in a lovely area of Mijas Costa, close to Las Cala de Mijas, which is only a 10 minute walk away.
The Apartment is quite close to the 'Club de Golf La Siesta', for anybody who wants a quiet game of golf. There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants close by and in the near town of La Cala de Mijas.
DESCRIPTION:
This luxury 1st floor air conditioned Apartment has just undergone a major refurbishment to a very high standard it is, it is a beautiful Apartment for couples and families alike. The Apartment has a large lounge/dining area, large kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and both the master and the 2nd bedroom are very spacious.
The Communal pool and gardens outside are very well maintained, there is a gate which gives you direct access to the beach from the garden.
Both the bedrooms have access to the covered terrace which gives beautiful views to the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
Lounge/Dining Area
The lounge has a large black leather sofa and a chair with a footstool, coffee table, flat screen TV with UK channels and access to the covered terrace through the sliding patio doors. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6 people.
Kitchen
The newly modernised kitchen comes fully equipped for people wanting a self catering holiday, including, a fridge/freezer, oven and hob with extractor fan, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobe and access to the covered patio through sliding patio doors.
Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with a lamp in between, built-in wardrobe and access to the terrace through sliding patio doors.
Bathroom 1
The bathroom has a bath, sink unit with a large mirror and a W.C.
Outside
Outside the Apartment there is a covered terrace which gives great views to the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, a Communal pool and garden which are very well looked after.
Since it is only a 10 minute walk to the lovely town of La Cala de Mijas a car isn't essential.
There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and golf courses, the closest being Club de Golf La Siesta.
