The master bedroom and lounge/dining area lead out on to a south-West facing terrace with stunning sea views which then leads you up to the large roof terrace with BBQ area and shower, wonderful for all day sunbathing and summer parties. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a lift which takes you from the secure underground parking directly up to the apartment.
The Apartment also has air conditioning.
Lounge/Dining Area
The lounge 2 comfy sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD player and sliding doors leading onto the terrace. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 people.

Outside on the terrace there is a spacious terrace with views of the area and from here there are steps which lead up to the roof terrace which has a BBQ area and a shower.
There are 3 communal swimming pools, 1 children's pool and 2 adult pools, there is an outside jacuzzi and a sauna. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from in and around the area of Riviera; there is also a good selection of golf courses just a short drive away for those wanting a quiet game of golf.
The beach is only a short drive away which has great restaurants. There is also a secure underground car park with a lift leading directly to and from the Apartment.
