This well appointed Apartment is set on a residential complex with good access to all the amenities Riviera has to offer and within 1km of Miraflores Golf Club.
Riviera is surrounded by golf courses and there are many more within a short drive.
There are three swimming pools, one children's pool, and two adult pools.
The beach is just a few minutes' drive away. Great restaurants, either on the beach or nearby, offer various types of cuisine, and shops are just a 2 minute drive away.
DESCRIPTION:
This apartment has a surprisingly spacious lounge/dining area leading out to the large terrace overlooking Miraflores Golf.
There are two bedrooms; the master has a double bed and full En-Suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and built-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds and also has built-in wardrobe, and there is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Both bedrooms lead onto a terrace overlooking the pool area and gardens. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There is a lift which takes you from the secure underground parking directly to the apartment. The Apartment also has air conditioning.

The lounge has 2 sofas one of which is a sofa-bed, coffee table, TV, DVD player and doors leading out onto the terrace. The dining area has a table with seating for 6 people.

Outside
Outside there is a terrace with nice views of the Miraflores Golf Course and the Communal pools and gardens, it has a table with seating for 6 people.
There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby as well as a good selection of golf courses in and around the area, the closest being the Miraflores Golf Club.
The beach is a few minutes' drive away and is also within walking distance if you don't want to drive, the City Centre is a 10 -- 15 minute drive with an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. The night life is great for people who like to have a little fun.
