This beautiful four bedroom villa is situated near to the village of La Cala, originally an old fishing haven, holding a lot of its original charm, with the old bell tower built around 1540 and now with many restaurants. Several of the restaurants selling fish caught daily, by the local fisherman. There are golf many courses on this coastline, some only a very short drive away. There is also the 9th Century Moorish Andalucian village of Mijas.


The ritzy and famous Puerto Banus, with its restuarants, boutiques, nightlife and yachts, Aqua Park and Tivoli World theme park are only a short drive and are a must for children and adults. The villa is approached by remote controlled security gates and parking for 4 cars on the front courtyard. The lovely heated kidney shaped pool allows privacy and enjoys excellent automatic lighting around it, for evening dips. There is also a brick built B.B.Q. The beach, restaurants, etc. are also near by.


The lounge has beamed ceilings, satellite T.V, video, CD hi-fi, log fire, for winter evenings, and double glazed patio doors to the large terrace, which over looks the grounds and pool. There is a split-level dining area.
