5 bedroom Villa in Campo Mijas, Mijas Costa

The villa sleeps 10 in five bedrooms;

Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and an ensuite full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed and is next to the main bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have double beds and their own ensuite shower rooms with toilets.

Bedroom 5 has a double bed and sink, and shares the main bathroom.

For an extra charge an 11th person can sleep on the sofa/daybed in the lounge. A quality Z-bed can be provided at extra charge to sleep a 12th. (The Z-bed can fit in one of the kingsize bedrooms or the lounge).

Towels/linen supplied.

There is a large comfortable lounge with stunning views to the Mediterranean, a dining area for 10 and also a bar area (please stock yourself!).

From the dining area there are mountain views and a raised outside terrace from where the evening sunset can be watched.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, satellite TV, video recorder, DVD player and stereo system.

Outside the villa has its own pool surrounded by a large terrace area with sun loungers, a large pergola with tables and chairs for alfresco dining, and a gas BBQ and sink. There is also an outside shower with hot and cold water.

The pool area is largely not overlooked and has spectacular views over the resort to the Mediterranean and coast.

There is also a community pool with table tennis and bar nearby.

The villa has central heating for winter months.

A welcome pack of basic food and drinks is provided free of charge.

The villa is a short drive to the enchanting 9th Century Moorish village of Mijas with its narrow walkways, quaint shops, churches, and of course its abundance of restaurants and tapas bars.

The 'Aqua Park' in Fuengirola is only a short car trip away, and the 'Tivoli World' theme park in Benalmadena only about a 20 minute drive away. Both provide great entertainment for the whole family.

Marbella and the marina of Puerto Banus (with its renowned luxury yachts and night-life) are about 25 minutes away by car. Both well worth a visit.

The beach of nearby Fuengirola is only a 10 minute drive away, and in the town itself are many bars, restaurants and shops to suite all tastes.
